Seeking experienced, reliable and friendly floor service staff to join our team to play a key role in ensuring the success of our venue. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests across all our service areas, predominantly the cafe and restaurant.

• Manage staff
• Cultivate a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, providing attentive and personalised service to build and maintain regular customer base.
• Building a rapport and efficient communication to ensure seamless flow of service. 
• Making educated and personalised recommendations to guests, with the ability to upsell.
• Anticipating customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their experience.
• Processing payments and operating the POS system effectively.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to our regular clientele. 
• Eye for details and efficiency.
• Maintaining a high standard of presentation and cleanliness of service areas, adhering to stringent hygiene and safety protocols.

• Permitted to legally work in Australia
• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
• 2 yrs experience as a Floor Staff/ Waitress/ All rounder in the Food & Beverage Industry
